Ultrafiltered whey protein concentrate containing lactoglobulin, lactoferrin, lactalbumin and immunoglobulin (contains emulsifier: soy lecithin), cocoa (contains emulsifier: soy lecithin), flavors, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame potassium.
Mix 1 scoop (28g) of Whey Protein in 150-200ml of water or milk. It is recommended to consume 1-3 servings per day: in the morning, after training, or anytime during the day to meet your daily protein needs.
